WHEN AARON RAMSEY SCORES, ONE FAMOUS PERSON DIES?

He scores….Someone famous dies…

It first started like a silly joke but after four very famous deaths, we are starting to get worried, more like scared.

First it was world terrorist Osama Bin Laden , then  followed by former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi , Apple founder Steve Jobs and most recently ‘Queen of Pop’Whitney Houston. But what do these famous people have in common other than the fact that they are dead?

Well it’s none other than 21-year-old Welsh Arsenal FC footballer Aaron Ramsey. The last time four times Ramsey has scored in the past year, the above mentioned famous people have died.

Check the statistics:

Strike 1: May 1, 2011: Ramsey scores. May 2, 2011: Bin Laden is shot dead

OSAMA BIN LADEN

It all started last May when Ramsey scored against Manchester United at the Emirates stadium in the second half of a May 1 fixture. The following day, Osama bin Laden was reported to have been shot dead by  U.S. Navy Seals in Pakistan.

Strike 2: Oct. 2, 2011: Ramsey Scores. Oct. 5, 2011: Steve Jobs dies from Cancer

STEVE JOBS

It continued on October 2, 2011 when Ramsey put one at the back of the Tottenham Hotspurs FC at White Hart Lane. Three days later Apple founder Steve Jobs who had been battling pancreatic cancer for a while passed away.

Strike 3: Oct. 19, 2011: Ramsey scores. Oct. 20, 2011: Gaddaffi dies from inflicted injures

MUAMMAR GADDAFFI

It’s October 19, 2011 and Ramsey scores a striking injury-time goal against French side Marseille during a Champions League group stage match. The next day Ex-Libyan president Muammar Gaddafi was captured by rebels after weeks of combat and died of injuries inflicted on him.

Strike 4: Feb. 11, 2012; Ramsey scores, Same day: Whitney dies

 WHITNEY HOUSTON

The most recent part of this tale happened on February 11.  Just after Ramsey scored against premier league side Sunderland, Whitney was found dead in her bath tub at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

Fans and football pundits have got talking, waiting to see if Ramsey ‘infamous’ scoring will keep up with the famous deaths.

A facebook fan page has already been opened called ‘Saving an Aaron Ramsey shot is like saving someone’s life’ with the first comment reading ‘Ramsey is such a deadly player‘.

Arsenal played against AC Milan last night in Italy but lost 4 to nil. All eyes are on the next fixture against Tottenham Hotspur which he first scored against; starting the death coincidence.

Imagine you walking towards a bomb all because you believe in saving other people's life's, imagine how big this mans gut is and also imagine how great a loss his death will be to those who love and care for him so much. May God forgive us all and save Nigeriafrom total unrest. This bombings are fast becoming part of our daily life's, very bad.

A police officer with the anti-bomb squad was killed in Kaduna on Tuesday while trying to defuse an object suspected to be a bomb put in a polythene bag near the Sultan Bello Mosque flyover at Ungwan Sarki, Kaduna. The incident occurred shortly after another bomb was detonated, causing panic in the area. A police officer noticed a bag close by and moved towards it with a scanner to defuse it, but it explodedkilling him immediately. Yes, this happened in Nigeria. A five-year old girl named Bethel Okoro, a kindergarten pupil of Holy Cross Schools, Warri, Delta State, was allegedly flogged to death by her father, Becklin Okoro, an ambulance driver with the state-owned Warri Central Hospital, last week, in Delta State.

The girl's father was said to have been angered when he found out that Bethel had visited her mother at 22, Numa Mejeyi Street, Iyara in Warri, after she closed from school. Her mother (pictured above with late Bethel) had left home because of the beatings she constantly got from her husband.

Bethel was said to have fainted after the beating, she was rushed to the hospital but sadly died. The father is on the run.

Banky W threatens to sue Nigeriafilms.com over article

From Banky's blog

I will now proceed to sue this website, the writer, and everyone involved with propagating such nonsense until they delete this poor excuse for an article and post a full apology, or until a court of Law closes this business down.

I think Banky should have ignored them. Thousands of people didn't see it until he brought our attention to it. How can you sue someone when you don't even know who they are? NF I think operates from outside the country. Also can a law court close down a blog in Nigeria? I doubt it...probably not worth your time and money darling.. but do what you gotta do.

Whitney Houston dies at 48

Such a sad sad sad day. Whitney Houston, one of the best singers the world ever saw, is dead. She died this afternoon Saturday February 11th, 2012. She was 48 years old.

The singer was staying at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California  preparing to go to Clive Davis pre-grammy party before she was found dead.

No one knows exactly what killed her, but some media houses are saying suicide, others - drug overdoes. So so so sad! Was hoping she would one day overcome the drug addiction...

Goodbye to the greatest voice of all time. Sleep well, Whitney! So so sad..
