Real Madrid football club has witnessed yet another hero with Cristiano Ronaldo’s brace over the weekend. Ronaldo is now number 10 in the all-time list of the greatest goal scorers in the glorious real Madrid history with his 131 goal on Saturday in a 5-1 win over Real Sociedad.
His brace last Saturday saw him reach his 100 La-liga goals in 92 games, breaking the club record held by Ferenc Puskas since the 1960’s and setting a new primera division mark in the process.
With his first strike, he reached the century goal and the second goal gave him his 101 goals, the goal that moved him above the former Spain star Michel.
Ronaldo now has 131 goals in 131 official games for the Spanish giant. He scored 33 goals in his first season, 53 the second season and 42 goals so far this 2011-2012 season and still counting.
Should Ronaldo stay with real Madrid next season, probability of him attaining more position on the scoring list is high.
