Some hours ago Nigerian rapper Babalola Falemi better known Sauce Kid was involved in a motor accident which could have cost him his life.
Sauce Kid in a convoy of two other cars had just left the SUB 69 night club in Magodo and was heading to Club Deuces on Victoria Island. The accident occurred at the junction of the Oregun road connecting the Opebi Link bridge and the road going towards Ojota, in Ikeja, Lagos.
Sauce was said to have been driving his Honda i-VTEC car in company of a female friend and was about to turn onto the Opebi Link road when an Audi Q7 coming from Ojota drove into his car. It remains uncertain who was at fault.
‘It happened so fast, I’m just glad nobody died, the accident looked pretty bad.‘, a source told NET.
His manager Chigoziem Azubueze Prince popularly called Chief Capo was said to have been riding the car that led the convoy.
Sauce is said to have sustained a minor injury to the head but is ‘okay’. His friend in the passenger’s seat escaped without any injuries.
We’re told the driver and two other passengers in the Audi Q7 are also doing fine.
Despite the accident, Sauce and his friends still went partying at Club Deuces. Sauce tweeted ‘Glad I made it. Accidents, car totalled, but I’m living. Amen. L.O.K.O lifestyl‘.
‘Some things jus gotta go. Material things. Movin on to Godly things. Amen‘, he later tweeted.
