Fast-Rising Ph city based rapper, singer and record producer Gabriel Halliday, better known within the music scene as Slim Burna is grieving the loss of his beloved mother Mrs. Halliday who reportedly passed away yesterday, February 22, 2012 after a short illness.
Slim Burna who recently released a long-awaited compilation calledThe Streets Mixtape Volume 3 on this site 3 days ago, took to his cellphone and updated his Facebook and Twitter statuses to “R.I.P Mum”, and ever since then his friends and colleagues have been commenting on the post, consoling him and sending their condolences.
Mrs. Halliday who has died aged 45, suffered of complications from diabetes.
Here’s a comment from his close friend and partner…… “Bsiege says 23 hours ago via BlackBerry Smartphones App merciless death has taken her away, I can’t believe dis bro, her vaccum forever in our hearts will remain. We miss u mama. Rest in peace- Mrs Halliday. NSuA.”
